Bio

Jonathan & Carla Evans have been active in the ministry of The Salvation Army most of their lives. In 2002 God called them to join a planting team in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver that established an incarnational Christian community called 614 Vancouver. For six years they directed a discipleship and mission training school in this context called The War College.

Together they are working to launch in October 2015 a new church plant: Boundless Vancouver. They have a vision to see the boundless Kingdom of God increase in Vancouver with a mission to share Jesus’ love through relationships and community development in The Salvation Army’s ministries. They seek transformation and new life in the Holy Spirit for all through holistic discipleship and a sense of extended family with those in the margins of society.
